Teen Program

It ain’t ‘Mayberry’ anymore!

Depression, peer pressure, drugs, abandonment, eating disorders, sex, cutting, abuse, family dysfunction, pornography – is your teen equipped to cope?

Teenagers today are under a tremendous load of pressure with a limitless number of unhealthy outlets available to numb their pain. Wouldn’t it be great if they had a place to go to talk about how to deal with these pressures in a healthy way?

Our Teen Program is designed to give your teen a place to share their struggles honestly with their peers and with an adult committed to sharing God’s Truth and providing loving support. It is a place where, when life beats them up, they can come and know that God truly loves them, wants to bring them healing and comfort for their hurts, and has great plans for their future.

Teens join the adults in the Large Group for the worship music before heading off to their own class. A typical evening will include a lesson, and is followed by gender-specific break out groups where they can talk about the lesson and share about their lives.

A parent or guardian must attend Celebrate Recovery, sign in their teen by 6:30pm, and sign them out at 8:30pm.
